Jeff Parr
Executive ChairmanJeff Parr is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) with over 35 years of experience in mid-market capital provision. He joined Clairvest Group in 1995 and co-established its private equity division, serving as Co-CEO and Managing Director before retiring from executive duties at year-end 2023. Jeff currently serves as Vice Chairman of Clairvest Group and sits on the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) Board. He holds a degree from the University of Western Ontario (1982) and achieved his chartered accountant qualification through Coopers & Lybrand (1985). In 2023, Western University awarded him an honorary Doctor of Laws degree recognizing his philanthropic contributions.
Craig Irvine
PresidentCraig joined Norvesta as President in 2026, bringing more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, dispositions, REITs, and property management. He began his career at Colliers, joined a family-run multi-family investment and property management firm in 2001, and helped create InterRent REIT, where as Manager of Acquisitions he was responsible for acquiring 2,600 apartment units. He went on to lead the Principled Apartment Advisor Group at Royal LePage Commercial, overseeing multi-residential transactions across Southwestern Ontario. At Norvesta, Craig leads the firm's investment platform and operations, with a focus on disciplined growth and long-term value for investors and residents.
Sean Kohler
Director, InvestmentsSean leads Norvesta's acquisition and disposition strategies while contributing to capital raising, lender relations, investor relations, asset management, and leasing. Previously on the investments team at Core Development Group and a financial analyst at OYA Solar. Sean earned his B.S. in Finance with a Certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development from Penn State's Smeal College of Business.
Brendan McGlynn
Director, InvestmentsBrendan contributes across investments, asset management, and leasing. Previously a capital markets analyst at Lantern Real Estate in New York City. Brendan holds a B.A. from Western University and an M.Sc. in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, graduating with Honours.
Marc Orticello
Director, Portfolio OperationsSince joining in 2022, Marc has overseen construction operations, property maintenance, LTB matters, and tenant collections, ensuring Norvesta properties are managed efficiently. Previously served as Director of Operations at an architectural millwork firm for seven years, managing project scheduling, financial forecasting, job costing, and R&D.
Palak Kothari
Director, Finance & AccountingPalak oversees financial reporting, LP accounting, budgeting, audit and tax compliance, and lender covenant compliance across both Funds. Palak holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from DeGroote School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Previous experience in finance and project accounting at MNP LLP and Aecon Group.
